    For people that still want to play...

    Old Jar Minecraft 1.2 Jar

    Run Minecraft as normal and uncheck save password and quit.

    Go to

    - Windows 7: C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming
    - XP: Idk, something similar to ^
    - MAC: /Users/XXXXX/Library/Application Support/minecraft/bin
    Or run (Windows) %appdata%/.minecraft/ and it should take you there.

    and replace minecraft.jar (from download link [will be free of internal mods]).

    Run as normal, leave save pw unchecked, don't force update.

    Careful, new update requires world conversion and some mods currently not working. I'm pretty sure hmod isn't, idk if your even still using it. Work time. Laters.
