Official Minecraft Server thread

This is the deal. Says server is running but im getting a connection timed out

"Internal Client Error: Java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: Connect"

which usually mean minecraft cant find server. Ive tried pinging the server No such luck So I make a Support Ticket

cp.xenonserver sayys minecraft is running but doesnt respond. Only thing i did was restart the server. Due to complaints of lag.... Secondly i have notice when i use my Ip it tends to take me to another server here lately not of my ownm, if it does connect ...... Which is really confusing.. please Help

Let us know when your server is not connecting, and we can check for the issue server. Your server is likely having issues because of Minecraft.net being down.

Its not connecting now. everyone gets an error message

Figured if it was minecraft.net I would still be able to ping my public IP of your server?


Secondly I have notice in your command line changer in the control panel your code says:
-Xmx1024M -Xms128M -jar C:\UserFiles\Mag36\GameServers\TC37014310424528085 514165\minecraft\minecraft_server.jar nogui
shouldnt it be
-Xmx1024M -Xms1028M -jar C:\UserFiles\Mag36\GameServers\TC37014310424528085 514165\minecraft\minecraft_server.jar nogui
and not 128 meg?

I currently have 20 angry people that want answers in why our server isnt working, Lets Please come to a quick solution to this problem

So now im just playing a waiting game. Ive done all i can on my side to see whats wrong but im allowed limited access to the dedicated server.
