I'm on a VAC Server with my account. The supposed banned one. I'm tell you guys the truth and yet there is multipul assumptions.

I never said that I was perfect... Black Ops doesn't have a configuration that shows what you can, and cannot tweak. For counter stike source, cevo gives you an allowable autoexec config tweak. With CS, there is no questions on what you can and cannot tweak. For Black Ops, its still up in the air.

Btw, I didn't download anything to give me an advantage. I just tweaked my graphics configurations... I assume, that was the reason for the ban? Still not sure.

I can vouch for this. I used a console unlocker in MW2 on my last steam account and got VAC'd for it. All i wanted was to improve my reg with commands from cod1/cod4 but apparently they don't like that. The ban only applied to MW2, I could play all other games. Since he can play CS, he hasn't cheated in CS (or at least he hasn't been caught in CS). I gave the account to a friend because he likes the MW2 campaign. Search steam community for Deadlyart.

So he may or may not be telling the truth on that and honestly I couldn't care less - he insulted mikey so fuck him.

No unsult, I think hes just highly immature and makes too many assumptions because he doesn't win all the time. Then uses others as escape goats and trys to break down people he dislikes. Then he opens his mouth, before his brain can registure.

I have no issue with...I would say. All the admins, except him. He is making things VERY personal because he assumes I hack, I have mental issues, I talk about non-subject related conversations, etc... I see it and am getting tired of it... Not sure if he does it to anyone else, but he does constantly say rude stuff to others. Then laughs at it and everyone just trys to either join along or duck/cover and ignore him.

This might be your house mikey, but you've been very disrepectful towards a lot of your guests and me. You've made too many assumptions and I'm getting tired of it. I peronally think it should be fixed. Either a speaking to or something else, but that isn't my call.

Sorry for all the disturbances, he made accusations and all my information...again! States facts and not opinions/assumptions.

Btw... I just got my ass handed to me on another server. I couldn't do anything without being flashed or shot in the head -_- It was like 14-15 of me running around... and knowing how to use flashes effectively. I had a 8/12 score, it made me feel like a noob again. I couldn't even get a equal k/d ratio.

it started with my apparent abuse as an admin to a "stfu mickey you were vac banned" discussion right around the point where zero stated he was vac banned.

but it originally being a post about my abuse as an admin id assume it would be "proper" for me to defend myself regardless if the convo has changed.


In my defense to his claim of me abusing my admin powers.
i have not abused admin privileges. i have never even used admin commands when mickey was on the server except ONE time. This time being when he, after several previous warnings, warded the hostie site as a CT. I banned him for 5 min and he was aware of his wrong doing. (i will not vouch for possible vote's i may have done while in the server) i do not know about these.

Also in my own defense, i never meant to disrespect mickey at all, i may come off as a blunt opinionated person at times (thus him thinking i am out to get him?). i have on multiple occasions asked the server publicly wth mickeys was talking about because he will start talking about random things midst others conversations, with what he has to say being irrelevant to the current conversation at hand.

with this said i never ONCE targeted mickey as a less honorable player then others. To be honest... this thread probably wouldn't exist if it wasnt for him posting in a current ban thread for konvert saying things like "im going to personally make sure this guy is steam banned" and "my ingame name at the time was Konn" which is funny because shortly after if i am not mistaken was when he was vac banned.

Mickey.. deathrow Deamon? whatever you are to be called... you were vac banned... it does not matter what you say after this point

to put it for you easy.. think of us admins as police officers, clan members as chief deputys, ZERO as the Cheif and VACBANS as the federal Gov justice office.

you were vac banned... you appealed to your vac ban, you will get vac banned again if i see you in our community's servers again. after that you will never be getting an appeal.

to top it off, you lied to us saying you were not vac banned to try and sugar coat your situation. you being a so called "soldier" which i also think is BS ... looked you up. makes you a HORRIBLE SOLDIER.. whom has 0 integrity as a civlian/soldier. To me that makes it even easier to make sure you never see the light of steam days again.

apart from the amount of proof we have and your behavior here on the forums with the lack of proof regarding my "admin abuse" i would safely state i did not abuse my admin which would in-turn infringe on your right as a player in our servers and that you are a player no one in the STEAM community should trust.

VAC only banned Black Ops... Shall I state this again???

I am military and deadly honest. I will tell on myself, just as fast as telling on someone else. I work on F-22s in the United States Air Force Virginia Air National Guard, at a location I cannot say (Obviously). I'm a maintainer and Aircraft Munitions installer. In my civilian job, I work in a prison system. Where they maintain Catagory 5 offenders. I work 12 hour shifts and hate it but stay, because it maintains my familys needs. I have a wife and 2 kids, which are the twinkling of my life and my happiness.

As in for this game... I do this because, I want to get away from life at times. I come home after a long days work and just look to defuse my attitude. My wife hates me for it on multipul occasion and always asks me, "look at our kids, these are our kids and you'd rather play a video game then spend time with us." I don't mean to be a bad father (if so), but I've always played video games and this is my life.

I've played various types of games, from Asheron's call, to Mighty and Magic V. I like FPS, because they bring competitions. I like World of Warcraft, because it brings adventure and communication (positive communication, unlike FPSs). I play Starcraft II right now, because of the ability to build forces and charge them into a battle zone.

All these things have nothing to do with this ban, but this is WHO I AM. A gamer since birth and so what if I'm good?! My ability to build my computer up, is the past and I have to except that. Unfortunately steam or others don't care to hear this plea of assistance. The only thing they care about is sells. For people with familys, we are expected to suffer and play the Finical limbo game. Then with the economy and its threats, it makes my family's life even harder.

The only thing I tried to do, was tweak my config settings with black ops and got banned. Thats my assumption and thats all I can give you. I spoke with steam and no... I didn't ask them to unban my FULL VAC, I asked them to unban my Black Ops VAC. They refused to and didn't care about my situation.

Through-out this whole ordeal and I'm not talking about IBIS... I WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT TO SCHOOL. Your doing that Mikey and I hope you achive what ever your going for. Don't stop and push to excel, but don't forget about people who work for society. I'm a blue colar worker, because I decided to be that. I SHOULD have went to school and didn't. Its my fault and not only do I suffer, but my family does.

Final note: I play this game for fun, and the Warcraft server is fun for me. I am banned for reasons that don't hold grounds but if you want to ban me for admin disrespect. Please do so, but over all... You have no proof that I'm a hacker and the assumptions come from all around. Wish I could drive you to my house, so you can see me play, but I'm not going to allow a random stranger to enter my family's house. Will I go somewhere and meet you?? Yes, I have no problem doing that, but do know I stay strapped for obvious reasons. Working in a prison isn't the safest thing to do. On top of that, the community doesn't like you and there are gangs looking to murder people like me (higher wants to kill me, because I'm a Corrections Officer).

The gun wouldn't be to intimidate you or threaten you...its for my protection and my family's.

Zero, do something for me... Ban my 3 accounts. I've showen you respect and the other admins. But what it comes down to, is I'm unhappy with my life and I don't need this stress. No I'm not a hacker, no I'm not a bad person, and yes... I believe that I do have some issues but it isn't mental. I just need to get a grip of reality and my present life. I need to get out of the job I have and I need to support my family. These are things I need and right now. A game isn't one of those things I need.

All my gameplay is legit and I'm extremely happy with it! But my eye sight is getting worse and the only thing I do is set and get fatter. This isn't a good pratice and my metabolism isn't getting any better. Soon I will need to get a better perscription for my eye sight/glasses and I need to get in shape because I reinlisted with the Air Force.

Sorry Zero, your a good person and you took your time to listen and respect me. You don't know how that feels, to have someone respect you... For you. I'm sorry that I've burdened everyone and I set here and cry while I type this. Mikey, you will never know how a family man is, till you get your own. You just don't know... you never will.

Keep in good faith everyone and have fun. I might play CSS some here and there, but I don't need this stress from a forum or game. All my effort to become a better player has gotten me no where. The only thing I ever wanted, was to become a person who gets payed to play. Funny eh? Shits never ganna happen and never will.

One more thing...I have two more accounts without black ops on them, and they were never banned. Try the account I'm playing with now, and if need be. I will give you the other one and you can do research on that. Both of those aren't VACbanned in anyway and they don't have Black Ops on it.

First most people with that many accounts do so because they Hack.
