Thread: Future race suggestion thread

    Level 330
    Levels 6

    Spawns with m249 and knife.

    Get Heavy: Gain 25 Hp per level but lowering movement speed by 10% per level.
    Ammo Capacity: m249 clip adds 25 bullets per level.
    Large Rounds: Each bullet has a chance to make the target bleed, 0.5-3.0 hp, per second for 2-7 seconds. (only one bullet can be causing a bleed at a time, so it can't stack.)
    Armor: 10-60% chance to spawn with armor and a helm of excellence.
    Ultimate, Rage: Get angry for 6-12 seconds, increasing damage by 50%, speed by 300% and making you immune to ultimates. (like lace) 30 second cooldown.

    Keep in mind that speed by 300 on the ultimate is based off the fact you are slowed by the first skill, so its maybe twice as fast as normal.

    So this race is going to be like a tank walking around, real slow but real tough to kill.

    Fastforward: Extra speed (highest level is 1.5x speed)

    Ability: Time dilation: Puts down a ward that does no damage but drastically slows enemies within its radius and blurs their screen (slows fire rate if possible). Also a sound effect that lets you know when someones being affected by the ward. 3 wards per round

    Pause: Bash; same proc rate as human

    Ultimate: Rewind: Similar to genocide ultimate

    Alright since nobody's put it up I might as well seize the initiative!

    Levels 16? 20? Limit 1

    Death Coil: This would be an Attack Damage Skill somewhere along the lines of perhaps the Crypt Lord's Carrion beetles.

    Death Pact: Killing an enemy would grant you a health bonus around 5-15 per kill not sure exactly but then again its a work in progress.

    Unholy Aura: Similar to the undead scourge except maybe decrease the speed and allow a minor regen of health of around 1-5 similar to the shadow hunter's healing wave.

    Soul Siphon: ranged similar to the orc or raiden but leeches somewhere from 5-20 maybe health for each enemy within range. Or

    Death Aura: A Passive Ultimate that removes corpses from the map preventing people from getting resurrected and each one grants health/ammo/armor/money etc.

    So what do you think guys I would like some feedback if possible.

    One more Idea I'd like to throw out there.

    Priestess of The Moon 20 level Race limit 1-2 probably 1

    Trueshot Aura: Similar to the Night Elf's just doing less damage maybe for balance sake.

    Searing Arrows: The chance to light an enemy on fire for 2-5 damage for perhaps .5-2.5 secs?

    Inescapable Eyes of the Owl: Being able to see invisible units by being highlighted in yellow for perhaps 20-100ft perfect against Vagabond and Humans and the like.

    Starfall/Starfury: Either an ability to increase grenade damage like the Orc and Genocide's Critical or a weapon critical of small percentile that does 50+ damage.

    Shadowmeld: Similiar to the Rapscallions complete invisibility except you can't use your weapons at all(including knife) to prevent unfairness and also a high cool down of maybe 30 for starters after its use.

    Yeah I would like feedback on this as well. Tell me what you think and also its come to my attention that our WCS server has a lot races capable of resurrection but not enough healers. So I'm thinking of creating a Paladin and/or Druid/Seer to fulfill those needs.

    Searing Aura - Burn enemies within 10ft for 1-8sec every 8-1sec. 8pts
    Blazing Speed - +ability1, 30s cooldown, increase speed by 50-200% for 2-10sec 8pts
    Ninja - 4-33% chance to evade attacks 8pts
    Get Over Here! - Ultimate, 30s cooldown, throw a roped kunai at nearby enemy within 20-60ft for 10-30dmg and pull them to you 8pts

    Heal nearby teammates with 15ft 1-7hp and lose 1hp per second (+ability1) 7lvls
    Final Sacrifice
    Offer your life for the lives of your team, rezzing everyone with 20-100hp (+ultimate) 7lvls
    alternative: Sacrifice yourself and rez 1-3 teammembers with 100hp (+ultimate) 7lvls
    alt2: Sacrifice 80-50hp to rez nearby teammate (+ultimate) 7lvls
    alt3: Bound by Blood
    Heal yourself 10-20hp per second over 5seconds (+ultimate, 30s cd) 7lvls

    Explanation: Late night brainstorm on a full team-support race. Theres alot of possibilities with this race, but the basic idea behind it was a very fragile race that brought alot to the team by being a full blown healer with a twist, their limit being their own health. Unlike the shadowhunter that heals nearby teammates, this race can heal all teammates on the map (using Blood Transfusion like crypt lord hits anyone on the map), however they have to give up their own HP and cannot heal themselves. The only way they can heal themselves is by damaging enemies, like an Undead. The only thing I'm unsure was the balance of their ultimate, which may or may not fly, so I offered possible alternatives incase it was too much. Another factor I had to include beyond not allowing more than 1 per team was also restricting use of the Shadow Hunter so it cannot heal the Blood Priest. Its weakness would obviously be that they're super easy to kill, even a stray ultimate could blow them up (especially if lace is restricted).

    Question: Is it possible to suicide (for their ultimate) without it affecting kdr? I only ask this because I know dieing by the bomb explosion causes no kdr change. Can that be coded for other things as well?

    flash - +ability to emit a flash equal to a flash bang blinding everyone around you not including yourself.

    blink - +ability2 to teleport forwards a short distance.

    cloak of light - passive invisibility equal to human

    blinding shots - passive deals extra damage and blinds target for a short duration

    ultimate: flit - gain noclip mode for a short time 1-5 seconds. during noclip you can't use any abilities or weapons. if you are stuck inside of something at the end of noclip, you are teleported back to where you were before.



    for POTM i think the ulti should make everyone on your team invisible for 1-5 seconds but the invis runs off when they use any ability or weapon.

    its kind of like a team fight reset ability. you flash the entire field and then you have a 2 second advantage because you are the only one who isnt flashed.
