When does Admin powers take effect?

I just subscribed to be an Admin, oh about 5-10 minutes ago and I was just wondering when they'll take effect. Thanks.

lol a couple of days it depends on whenever zero is available to activate it

And since he just said hes going to be moving back to college this weekend..... it might be like 4-5 im guessing. Dont worry, be patient.
