    They are referring to using 2. One to block the top and another to block the front. However you can not do that as it violates the rule against blocking all entrances to a crouch spot.

    Then what about this on the "Rules" that is sticky.


    Illegal props and/or items
    Money crate (IE Being used as barricade support for other props)

    amon as long as you arnt using the money crate to blick a single entrance or all entrances to a cade spot or crouch spot its legal. Highschool is one of those "exceptions" because you arnt supporting any other props with the crate and you arnt cading all the entrances with the crate.
