Lol I am banned again

So he contacts me with this post:

Hey I was banned by Showtime over two weeks ago. It is in the Admin abuse thread. Manyard unbanned me a few days ago, but I am now banned again?
I was wondering what your take on Showtime's abuse is. And how long will it take for me to be unbanned?

Note that I am not provided with any real information such as his steam id what server when ect. So I respond:

Ah, I see that thread was not properly formatted and thus lacked any information necessary for perform any sort of review and so it was ignored although noted. Similarly, I have noticed your unban thread but as it is not formatted I do not possess any of the needed information to do anything about your ban...

The first was in reference to his most recently posted abuse thread which as it was not formatted correctly basically tells me something is going on but no info that I would need to actually investigate or do anything about it. The second was in reference to this thread which still does not contain any info that would allow me to unban this player.

So now I get this message:

Fuck YOU, I am not properly formating my request you little nigger. It was bullshit I was even banned in the first place. You run a very shitty community, and you have shitty abusive admins. And it is clear that you give them full discretion and no oversight/punishment. Fuck YOU and your JEW DOGS

From this I have concluded that the user was likely banned initially for reasons relating to how he acted in the post above. In addition it also appears that this player does not want to lift a finder to provide any information that would allow them to be unbanned. Concurrently, the player clearly not only wants to remain banned but ensure that they are never unbanned. As a result I am going to upgrade the ban to a total perma ban from all the servers.

I even explained 2 him like a week ago that he needs 2 update this thread, and make it in proper format, cause without his steam ID, or any info on the matter, zero can obviously not look into it, or resolve it... grats dank, you're beyond fail Lol...
