I was in shock when i learned today that one of my best friend snap off and went on a little rampage.
- 24-year-old of Ottawa, is charged with:
• ASSAULT x 3 counts - Sec 266 under the Criminal Code (C.C.)
• UTTERING DEATH THREATS x 3 counts - Sec 264.1(1)(a) C.C.
• USE/HANDLE/STORE FIREARM CARELESSLY x 2 counts – Sec 86(1) C.C.
• POSSESS WEAPON DANGEROUS TO PUBLIC PEACE x 2 Counts – Sec 88(1) C.C.
• UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION OF A PROHIBITED DEVICE – Sec 91(1) C.C.
• POSSESS FIREARM AT UNAUTHORIZED PLACE - Sec 93(1)(c) – C.C.
• DISCHARGE FIREARM BEING RECKLESS AS TO THE LIFE OR SAFETY OF ANOTHER PERSON – Sec 244.2(1) - C.C.
• COMMON NUISANCE/ENDANGER LIVES OR SAFETY OF PUBLIC – Sec 180(1)(a) – C.C.
• BREAK AND ENTER AND COMMIT – Sec 348(1)(b) C.C.
• POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER $5000.00 - Sec 355(1)(b) C.C.
• MISCHIEF TO PROPERTY OVER $5000.00 – Sec 430(3) C.C.
