Need an official ruling ASAP!!

I would like to know the official rule on using the money crate in the auditorium of highschool. Recently admins have been telling everyone that it is illegal but some have told me it is still legal.

These are the agreed upon spots which admins have collectively deemed "illegal" to cade. Any other spots not listed here are not considered such. I've actually used the money crates to BREAK that spot.
