We need to permanently ban this guy, or at least ban him for a month. He is a consistent cade breaker and illegal cader. He constantly does things even when told not to. He has been punish NUMEROUSLY by admins. He needs a perma ban, or a very VERY long ban (a month or two). I am just looking for an admin to do it as I did not subscribe for this month.

Exactly. He's similar to * * * M I K E * * *. He got banned for progressively longer periods of time until we finally permabanned him because he also could barely understand - let alone speak - English.
