Banned this fellow, took me a bit to do it. I tried banning manually in console using ma_users and ma_ban, but wasn't working.
Constant mic spam, showed as unconnected in game, no name in ma_users.

you can ban them by using the admin menu.
you know how everyone's name is surrounded by [ ], in the admin menu list?
look for the guy with
[] as his name, thats your guy.
