Rice and Chicken Permanently banned for Wall Hacking

Ah floss, you make me laugh, you say im a whiner, yet your entire post is whining about me.

And i dont WCS maynard. I got banned on GG because the admins were abusing and i called them out on it, so they banned me to let their "friends" in.

but my point is that hacking is about as bad a thing you can do on CSS.

This will probably bring fire and brimstone down upon me…but, I've always been a straight shooter and have already prepared my soul for hell, so here it is:

Hacking is more annoying than anything. It's about as annoying as admin abuse, but neither of them are the worst possible thing that could happen to the server.

Hacking is annoying but rather simple to fix. You can just jump into spectate or get the attention of an admin. But at the end of the day, we all know these hackers are usually some random fucktards who couldn’t go head-to-head with any of us legitimately. But, more importantly they don’t represent the server.

Admin abuse, on the other hand, is as equally annoying as hacking but much harder to fix, as you can’t just jump into spectate to avoid them as they’ll kick ya from there too. You can’t call another admin to ban them either, but I’ve seen many more people get picked on by admin abuse on this server than hacked. They’re those guys that think having a video game admin gives them a bigger penis. But, in the end, it’s still that microscopic flagellum it’s always been ever since they first picked up the awp 5 years ago after “lawling” from the Boom! Head Shot! video. But the worst part is because they represent the server as admins they leave everyone with a bad taste in their mouth about the server, which leads me to my next point.

The worst possible thing that could happen to the server is if people stopped consistently playing on it. That’s the regulars who come day-in, day-out. A lot of them don’t have admin but whatever be their compulsion, they come to fill this server every day. Without the regulars the server dies faster than stage V lung disease. I’ve heard from many regulars on this and have sort of taken on the role of representing their voice in this discussion.

Speaking of this discussion, this really isn’t a debate whether he was hacking or not. I think the evidence is clear. He was definitely hacking. It’s now a discussion of how to pass judgment. If the server wants to mindlessly go about implementing draconian measures, so be it…end of discussion. On the other hand, if reason and logic have any sway then all the evidence needs to be considered when passing good judgment.

All that the regulars are saying is, Rice was a different type of hacker. He was like Omar from The Wire. Yes, he’s gay as fuck, but he’s also cool as fuck. What I mean by this is how Omar only robbed people “in the game” such as other drug dealers, from what I saw there at the end, Rice tended to only hack others “in the game” i.e.) other hackers and abusive admins. I think a lot of the regulars respected that about him, if not “respected” they at least acknowledged him as one of the regulars. The problem was, because HE was hacking he became paranoid and suspected EVERYONE else was hacking too…which is blatantly not true. For all of this he needs to be punished.

But, most of us regulars think that Rice needs to be punished but not perma ban’d. Give him a chance to learn from this mistake. His skill set has now improved to the point that he can face us legitimately, man-to-man if he makes that choice. I think this could be a good, “Take-the-training-wheels-off” moment for Rice.

To be honest, I don't know where all this hacking against hackers came from. Most of the time I suspected Rice of hacking, there weren't any other suspicious types in the server; unless he thinks I hack, which would then explain that point. And even if someone hacks only when a hacker is in the server, I highly doubt he restricted himself to only killing that said hacker. So that means he was being a big a douchebag to everyone else who wasn't hacking, as the other douchebag he was trying to punish.

Two wrongs don't make a right. If someone is hacking in the server, record a demo; submit it to the forums for review. Hopefully, that person gets banned from the servers, and from the 3k+ SteamBans servers as well. Don't hackmode engage, and then allow for the guy to come back time and again to continue his spree of faggotry.

Basically, if someone is hacking, no matter what their justification, even if they are a "cool guy" or not; they are being a dipshit to everyone in the server. I would take it as a kick in the nuts for a guy I think is a cool dude, to through hacks in my face.

Bal, do not project YOUR feelings on everyone else. Also Hacking against Hackers does not by ANY stretch of the imagination make it OK as he was killing everyone, not the suspected Hacker.

and i got banned because admins wanted their friends to join and i called them out on abusing.

This is the first time getting banned of hacking acusitions.

Its funny you think my steam account will dissapear, i dont toggle wall hack, im not stupid enough to go dload a program thats detected by vac.

And its sad to see actual blatant hackers get by, and you ban some1 that actually has the decentcy to know how to play the game.

Lol the demo's zero has of you hacking have SB status due 2 source TV, he's sending them 2 vac bans, once they see the demo of you hacking, your account will be bannd, you don't need 2 get caught again =)

The attached demo will also be sent to steam bans to ensure that other servers and communities will be protected.

The only way you get vac banned is if your .dll files get messed with. I didnt dload any file that messed with .dlls kid.

Anyways, I really don't give two shits about Rice one way or the other, but I have been getting plenty of PM's from many real regulars who agree he should be punished but disagree that he should be perma ban'd.

I just thought their voice deserved to be expressed...as well as everyone else here who's voiced their opinion on the matter. I think this all contributes to allowing Zero to make the best decision.

But, I agree with you COMPLETELY that hacking against hackers does not make it OK. I would completely disagree with not giving some sort of severe punishment, be it perma ban or long but temporary ban, etc.
