Well, since I've been doing quite a bit of work around the house lately, and since I like tools as much as I like beer (like any manly man should), I thought I'd post some photos of my work areas and power tools.
I've got limited space and money, so there's only so much I can have right now.
The large worktable in the garage.
Wasps were getting into the fan vents on the side of the house. I installed two new vent covers from the washroom and kitchen yesterday and today.
I love powerful power tools. This is my late grandfather's powerful (good torque) drill, and my hole saw and arbor. You need a lot of torque and a reduction ratio for hole saws. I've drilled in sheet metal to install fans in one of my towers, and to open up a vent hole. Hole saws have a lot of kick; if a tooth gets caught in metal, it will kick back hard, so hold tight.
This is the side panel holes I drilled in the Sony VAIO for forced-air cooling.
I used the bi-metal hole saws and Makita 2-speed drill. (The large hole is on the top panel.)
Tool room in the basement from 2007.
Circular saw, tool basket, electrical wire, shelf.
I found this photo of the snowfall in 2007 That year was the record snowfall since 1939. 207 centimeters (81.5 inches) total.
