Mentors for New Admin

Since we have a large influx of new admin on these servers, including myself, I think it would be a good idea to set up a mentoring program for us. Just pair us up with a senior admin on the server they play on.

I got this idea because Baltimore has been super kind in helping me out with what to do as admin, how to go about doing things and such. and we both agree we should set something up to help all the new admin. Just till they get on their feet and don't feel so alone on the server.

we don't appoint people 2 babysit our admins. if you don't think you can handle the job then don't get it. those who do abuse admin will end up reported on the forums so either way, if people are fucking around they will be dealt with.
