Recently as in when the zm rule section was posted (02-02-2011 01:54 PM ). Playing their for a bit, that's pretty recent to me.

I had brought this up about a year or two ago and it was debated and the result was it was not an illegal spot. It is actually quite easy to break with teamwork like someone said before me.

I didn't put up this thread so we could all voice our opinions back and forth about whether or not it should be illegal, we need someone to who actually has the authority to make a decision like that to choose A or B.

This is true, but there is also a loophole. its a fucked up situation regardless

If it breaks this rule and we want it to be legal, a thread should be created in the illegal cading section, and if the people with the power (clan) decide they want it to be legal, they can move that thread into the legal cade section. Seems simple enough to me.
