What ever they messed with it is really fucked up for the SM developers to take this long to fix it. Generally anything longer than 1 hour after the update indicates that there was some serious changes and breaking.

From experience with past updates it is clear that it is going to take over 20 hours for everything to be updated and working (at least for windows servers). Therefore I am just wasting time staying up all night. I do have school tomorrow so I will not be able to fix anything until I come home. On another note I have a new theory about the DDOS attacks. It is actually from valve and when the failed the released this update. The reality is they do not want people playing CS:S when portal 2 comes out so they need to ensure that the game does not work.

This shit honestly does not suprise me. I also wouldn't put it past Valve to do some dirty shit like that.
Edit: Get your tools out... Maybe there's a Portal 2 secret hidden in this POS game update. lmao

i can only wish that the programmers for the mods of css are working feverishly to get the mods updated, cuz now im going on a week without css, its getting pretty hard to handle

It does look like the zm server got fubar and will take a while to fix (need to update the actual server platform again)
I am going to try to get wcs up in the mean time.
