Due to the continued abuse all powers other than: map change, kick and mute have been removed.

If he somehow manages to abuse these he will lose admin for good. Hopefully with this he will learn to better control his use of the extra powers. Everyone uses powers like these from time to time. However, when your using them too often and when your use is causing game play issues for the people on the server that is when it becomes abuse.

Lastly, as usual if he can show us over time that he has learned his lesson than he can start to get some of the powers back.
