maine is beautiful. hands down incredible. alaska and texas are about the closest you can get to maine beauty, but maine is closest to me.
Well after firefox crashed and deleted the nice message that took like 15min to write I will instead just post pics of GA with no description:
Helen, Georgia on a BEAUTIFUL Spring day. by *~Tammy~*, on Flickr
As you can see GA can change a lot depending on where you live. Logically for those that live close to ATL nothing in these pics is more than 2 hours away max. Most of it is less than an hour drive. The great thing about GA is that there is so much stuff though the state to enjoy and do.
From city to rule entertainment GA has it down. In addition being close to ATL also gives you easy to one of the largest airports in the nation where you can fly for low prices most anywhere. By comparison it costs more money to fly from Lexington KY to ATL than from ATL to LA. So if your interested in traveling at low cost in the US picking a place with cheep transportation is important. In addition GA has some of the lowest gas prices in the nation enabling you to make your trips to various parts of the state much less expensive. I never truly realized how much there was in GA until I left for 4 years for collage.
Texas.
Texas.
Texas.
The people there are fucking amazing. Old school Americans mostly who believe in personal choice, accountability, and logic. Of course there are idiots there same as everywhere but in my short 21 years I've been to 33 states and Texas is BY FAR the best I've been to.
p.s. lol @ ritta's republican hate

Look at your sig, now back to mine, now back to yours, now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped trolling and e-thugging like a nerd yours could be like mine.
Look down, now back up. Where are you? You're on IBISgaming.com, reading the sig your sig could be like. I'm sexting your girl.
DONT COME TO GEORGIA!! theres wayyyy to many dumb fucking hicks around here....
Don't mean to start a political or religious debate but, if you are a conservative and/or christians, you will probably find Texas a nice place to call home, that is if you don't mind the summer heat.
That's not entirely true. Houston has a huge gay population. My battle buddies said they do drag nights there and they have so much fun. Depends on the area. However, if you believe that if anyone trespasses on your lawn, and you can shoot them, then Texas is for you.

What you said is also true, but if you drive north for about 20 minutes from Houston, you will find this town called The Woodlands. This town actually fits well into my description, (just describing it from what I see) about half of the population are well-to-do Christians. But its really a nice place to live for anyone, even an atheist like myself.
I go to Texas a lot
It has two good things going for it:
1) Cheap housing
2) AUSTIN .. austin kicks ass
But the bad side is that every time I go I have to pretend I give a shit about baseball or college football
