How to fix the fast zombie

If I change the max speed on the server on a map i can make it so no zombies go faster than that. This way the fast can be slowed down but the other zombies will not be so crazy slow.

Sounds nice. There are a few maps which I think needs a max speed (percentages are relative to fast zombie speed):
Paradise 60%
Lostworld 60%
Jurassic 50%
