I think thats the best you can do with your budget, except for the HDD, you should be able to get a 1tb drive, either 7200.11 or a Caviar black
You dont need an 90 dollar case, you can get a few cheaper ones, the Haf 912 or the betfenix shinobi.

Are you planning on OC it? If so I will make sure the PSU has some of the best ripple suppression out there

i know i could get cheaper cases. i also know i don't need a 21.5 inch screen. however, they're not going to be changed
