How did he/she abuse (See TOS):

I've heard stories about her going off on people before but haven't experienced it myself.

I joined the game and was playing, played an HLDJ clip that people thought was funny, she was sitting in spec, and said stop mic spamming. I didn't want to argue so I didnt. Another player, I believe it was Tabraz was talking in what she called a high pitch accent, and told him to stop and that nobody thought it was funny. I did and a few other people did but he said he would stop. She yelled at me and muted me for 1440 minutes. What followed was tabraz, Iexploreyourzombie and FUCKING WINDOWS 98!! were also muted (that I saw). Apparently this happens all the time, and for some reason she feels the need to sit in spec and complain about how people talk and play in game.

I wasn't going to sit and play without typing or being able to communicate so I called her a bitch, got banned, and that was the end of it. Possibly uncalled for, not disagreeing with that, but the fact that she does this whenever she plays and makes a mountain of a molehill, when other admins will either mute for 5 minutes or make people stop if they consider whatever mic spamming, or "high pitched talking" or what have you. No demo because I didn't think it would escalate to a day's mute for something as ridiculous as saying someone was funny. Other people in there can attest to the story.

autumn clearly joined just 2 wait for someone 2 fuck with as she didn't even play the entire map she just sat in spec, and the server was not out of control by any means nor needed her 2 come in and pretend 2 be doing anything of importance..... every 1 was having a good time, the only person with a problem (go figure) was autumn who once again clearly joined 2 just wait 2 exert power on someone.

as you did change your name 2 autmn is a fat bitch, that's not acceptable by any means, but a 7 day ban is a joke. you can't hide behind admin, try and fuck with people and then claim the rules when they retaliate. the rules are 2 prevent people from starting shit with you, not let you fuck with people who don't deserve it then hide behind them... you even threatnd 2 mute a guy for doing a mediocre yell when a zombie was just about 2 or did hit him.. you were clearly looking 2 fuck with people lol...

and here's the rules of mic spamming....

III. Spamming
1) Yelling into a mic repeatedly to disrupt game play
A) Can be used with permission from admin or if players are requesting it
B) Should not be overused or used for long durations
3) Advertising for another server or clan
A) Preformed by saying: Join here xx.xxx.xx.x.x
B) Such as come to XXX join my clan
C) Getting people to join player groups can be done via steam. Do not wast chat space for this sort of thing
4) Just typing a bunch of stuff to spam the chat

as you can see he wasn't going against any of the actual rules...

mic spamming is when people want 2 pretend they're a cool internet DJ and play music non stop, or scream into the mic constantly... not playing a short clip on HLS every few mins on ZM... grow up. everything he played on HLS was short, and not intended for griefing, I actually laughed pretty good at that Trailer Park Boys clip (give me back my satellite).... I hate mic spammers, every 1 knows this of me, but there was clearly no spamming here...

Thanks for the demo, I just found out how to record them. I changed my name on impulse, and yeah that's not acceptable. But the fact that she went after multiple people for the way they talked (wtf?) and for playing a song, and then yelling at me to stop, and did so, and THEN muting is just insane.

don't play music. that's where people get mad cause 1 it's long, 2 it's normally fairly loud and 3 people half the time are already listening 2 music so it's quite annoying. playing short clips of funny quotes from movies and what not is more than acceptable though.

we have source TV, it records everything constantly. apparently this is something she does frequently on ZM I'm being told from multiple people (including admins...), so plz people grab demo's and post them, or inform me.

abuse only continues as long as people do nothing about it. the proof is constantly there so take and if need be grab demo's from the link provided.

yea, but when someone has a shitty HLS clip every 1 pretty much at once tells them 2 stop using it cause it's fucked for that reason as where this was not the case, every 1 was having a good time. everything I heard him play was more than fine, the music is the only no no.

Wow wow wow slow down....I actually am backing Autumn here...

Many times I come into the server and guess what....Pale Horse and that Talbaz guy are always spamming music. If you pull my admin log you can see how many times I muted them.

Sometimes I sit in spec and just wait for someone to fuck up because they guys think they can run the server. That shit ends.
