Probably won't be one until it launches. They can't join anyway so why not wait for the launch and then have them join ours? Or do they want to stick to their timezones?

Since we all work retail, we normally don't get out of work and home until around 10/11PM CST (depending on holiday hours). So they want to do a PST server since most guilds like to start raids right around 7/8PM their time (from WoW experience). This would then give them the highest chance of being able to do end-game content, but makes it SUPER difficult to be able to do group instances during the day.

Raids and group instances in WoW for me were always after 10 or 11pm to make sure everyone was home and could get on. I'm sure we'd have people on that late willing to do groups and raids. I would.

Doubt it. It's a specific swedish company and they should have fixed it already.
