I was going out my mind last night. I thought I was able to get in and when I was done patching the client. Then it said I need an subscription so I went to obtain some and it said I still need to redeem my product code..I'm like, really? I just did that through the Emil they sent me. So now I'm guessing I got to wait for that access key.

The pre-order reg code gets you into Early Access depending on when you redeemed it in the pre-order redemption center on SWTOR. The launch product reg code will allow you to play through launch (except during server downtime just before) but after the first month you need to set up a subscription.

According to their site the majority of pre-orders should start getting their launch product reg codes today but you still need to redeem the pre-order code to be considered for Early Access.

That's probably what I already did. I get some saber color changing stone when I get in game.

When will I be charged the remaining balance of the Game’s cost for my pre-order?

This will vary by retailer. If you pre-ordered The Old Republic from Origin.com, you agree to the automatic purchase of your selected edition of Star Wars: The Old Republic.

If you pre-ordered a physical version of the Game, the payment card that you input into the Origin.com billing system at the time of pre-order will be used to charge the remaining cost of the Game starting at December 13th at 5:00 AM PST and your copy of the Game along with the Product Registration Code will be shipped on December 16th for delivery on or near December 20th.

If you pre-ordered a digital version of the Game, the payment card that you input into the Origin.com billing system at the time of pre-order will be used to charge the remaining cost of the Game starting on December 16th and the official Game Product Registration Code of your digital edition will be emailed to the email address associated with your pre-order starting on December 16th at 8:00AM PST.

I got my product code already. And Amazon started shipping the games today, too. If you haven't gotten a code then you can expect one today.

so has anyone been able to get there delux edition items yet? im a little lost as to how.

yeah, I got mine. took the serial key for the game that they emailed me today, and registered it with my account, about an hour later they mailed me my items in game.
