I think they're going to allow most pre-orders into Early Access tomorrow, Friday December 16th at 11AM EST. Tomorrow is when pre-orders get their launch "Product Registration Code" according to the info on the SWTOR site.

If not...

I could be wrong though because even if you redeem the launch code, you don't get full game access until launch day.
