A few words if I may. As far as playing music and such goes, I take good ol' mikey's perspective: if nobody complains, its perfectly fine. But if one person complains about it, it should stop, regardless of admin presence. Having said that, 1440 minutes is a pretty long mute for something that simple, especially when any player can mute the perpetrator in a matter or seconds. Also, it is my personal belief that spectate should only be used for 2 reasons: if someone is going afk for a few rounds or if someone is getting a demo of a hacker. An admin sitting in spectate just to mute mic spammers is taking up server slots, and though they are technically enforcing server rules, it does really make them seem as if they're just on a power trip, or a period. Either way, mic users should be sensitive to the requests of their fellow players and admins should try to be careful of their image in the server. They should be an authority figure, but there's no need to be a Stalin.
