1st Demo:
11000 - He calls me awful, I try to live with it, 31200 - He calls me dumb, then I get quite upset so I slay him at 32000 then warn him about it, 33000 - He begins talking bad to other players and that doesn't sit right with me so it upsets me even more, 40000 - I am called a dick for slaying him and then a little later somewhere in there I explain to him how I was disrespected.

I actually cannot find the demo in which I banned him.. after he was disconnected by user in cs_italy he hadn't come back for 5 more maps and even then he still wasn't banned by me.
