How did he/she abuse (See TOS):

I was slain without warning or provocation, and was then muted after ''complaining'' about it.

I believe christmas said I ''disrespected him,'' this coming only after he slayed me with no apparent warning or reason. If he'd like to explain why he slayed me (which he never did), then I might be able to see the reason for subsequently muting me. I said something along the lines of "That slay was really immature [or unnecessary, something like that...], but I appreciate the effort." He then told me he would appreciate it if I shut the fuck up, to which I responded with the question in one of the following screenshots, and said over mic that abusing admin and slaying me was a dick thing to do. he then responded with the words in the final SS, and muted me without any other warning. As far as I can tell, he was just in a bad mood, and I was the target of his ire - if I'm mistaken, by all means tell me why I was slain and we can move on!

lol...there was life before sG xD I play IBIS all the time (well before sG), along with alot of other pubs I used to frequent when I played competitively

2) Violation of any of the following after the player has been kicked (or the rules bypass are met) for preforming said violation. Note that instant bypasses should not be longer than an hour or so. Also remember that the player should have been clearly warned before the issue of said ban.

I apologize, he was using his mic and I didn't record but he called me a dumbass, faggot and some other name multiple times. And since there is no way to prove this I guess I should consider this case lost.

I did not see you actually give a proper warning, but just the same he was taunting you and talking shit over the course of the map. next time someone insults you simply reply (in admin chat) "Disrespecting admins is not tolerated, plz stop or I will have 2 mute you" this way if they don't stop they have had a proper warning and not much can be said about it... that and the entire server will have seen it.

you were slayed and temp muted for harassing him over time, which is completely clear... a better warning could have been issued, but just the same you were in the wrong. also next time someone is talking shit, give them a 1-2 hour mute or something... a day ban is a bit much... the goal is 2 keep people in the servers.. if someone running their mouth is the issue, well a mute is more acceptable form of punishment instead of a ban.. and for a first timer a 1-2 hour mute or ban as I said makes more sense.... if you have had 2 deal with his bullshit before, than disregard my last comment.
