No, what you did was make a fake admin abuse thread cause you were mad that you didn't get your way like a little bitch. you said in your admin abuse claim that you did NOTHING wrong, you didn't insult mikey, that you just muted him, so there would be no drama, when you infact hardcore insulted him a total of 4-5 times... any other admin would have band your ass for far longer..... you were issued a 1 day ban because you came on here and wasted my time, but also made an abuse claim and lied about what actually went down on it.

I don't take any 1's side, I do things by the book and every 1 knows that about me, I live by zero's and the written community rules... if you weren't some new guy in this community you might actually understand that. Mikey and I have never really got along, nor are we friends and the same goes with autumn and a few others, but what it comes down 2 is I review the evidence and make non biased decisions based on what's on the table and regardless of my personal relationship with whatever admin is in question, may it be good or bad, I always judge by the rules and fairly. YOU insulted an admin 4 times in a row, and mikey even tried just ignoring you, but you kept going on and insulting him and once agian, lied about it on the forums. That is why your abuse claim was closed and deemed fail abuse.

it's funny you try and claim I'm always in power for other admins when most admins say 2 themself's when I msg them "oh shit, what did I do now" cause I spend a large portion of my time chasing admins down who are abusing and issuing them warnings and or removing them from the server if need be.

It's really fucking simple, if a person is abusing admin, Pull the fucking demo, and report them... but when you do it, Don't lie, and make up a buncha shit that's not true, get it? or should I write it up in crayon and use sock puppets 2 make the incredibly simple concept even easier for you 2 understand?

That is also why we record demos 24/7 and make then available to the public, so that they are able to have all the evidence necessary to report incidents of abuse. As far as fairness goes, a bad admin may ruin a few hours of a few players day but people that DOS attack servers ruin everyone's day. Sometimes bad admins are not even breaking a rule but that is also why we look to make changes to improve our system. No system of administration is perfect; however, any system even one with way more abuse than ours has is better than not having the ability to even try to play.

Lets all pray that the servers are playable tomorrow, what I feel said for is all the people today that have gotten to the end of a hard week to try to get a few hours of relief log in to find one of their favorite servers offline for the entire day.


On another note, as far as abuse goes it is something that takes a while to enforce. Now while there are minor cases all the time I am able to only look at the big ones. This is why under the new admin system the clan now has power to use admin on lower level admins. This way it makes it easier for them to tell these admins when they are out of line. Admins that continue to break rules despite multiple warnings is when I step in. I usually review all the abuse cases even closed ones every few weeks. However, if there are important updates I do that first. Currently I am trying to get a huge WCS update ready. Crap like this delays all activity for days to weeks. Take this week for example, I spend this week trying to figure out how to upgrade equipment to make the DOS less effective. I could have spent this week working on the WCS server and then reviewing abuse reports. Instead all that work is pushed back a week. Then at the same time, I got to be waiting to hear if I need to do additional work for my dad. As of last week we have hit really hard times, like liquidate all assets and declare bankruptcy hard times. He is scrambling to get some new business using the equipment I built last week. My little sister can not go to school this fall becuase there is no money to pay for it and a student loan requires the parents 2010 taxes when only 2008 has been done.

So basically the RL offers enough shit for all of us to deal with every day. No one needs shit like DOS attacks just to pile more crap on. We are here to have fun and play games b/c we got enough shitty crap going on in RL, the last thing anyone wants is for games and fun to be a source of the worries we are trying to get away from for a few hours. This is one of the reasons I have run these servers for so long. Sure it is a lot of stress and shit I got to put up with. However at the end of the day it is great fun playing with you all. Being able to do all this work for these years so that we can all have a fun place to play has made me and I hope many of you happy. This is also why I have always hoped that I can continue to run IBIS no matter what is going on in my life, so that we can all keep having such a great time together
