Doesn't have admin but wears the tag. I warned him several times yesterday and I eventually kicked him, he came on today with the tag on again, and this time I banned him for 3 weeks. I am not sure if he is ready for a perma or not, but I am posting this here just in case.

This was the ban, I can't rem yesterday what time he was on when I kicked him, around 10 or so if you want that demo.

He is foreign... I tried talking to him about the admin tag before and got no response.

I have kicked and banned him once before also.

He is a non-English speaking player. He regularly talks to a few (select) people in the server. He has been admin before. Approaching him is near impossible because he ignores everything that isn't in his language. I have on one occasion got him to respond to me and it was for a knife fight.

In the time he had admin I never once saw him use it. Dude just needs it to be made clear to him that if he is not currently subscribed he can not have the ibis.a tag on.
