I would say changing one's gravity to gain an advantage from other players would be admin abuse.

"You are only allowed to use the slap command on other people If it is for admin purposes only."

You can't abuse the slap command unless it is for a legitimate purpose. Trying to get to someplace while the game just starts and others are still looking for a place to go could be considered admin abuse.
