How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Autumn came into the server after being AFK for a bit and asked if anyone was being racist, which there wasn't. The four other admins in the room told this to her. She then begins to go into a tirade about how people shouldn't be assholes to someone asking questions. Myself, as well as a few others, began to say things in voice like, "You said damn, that offends me. Enjoy your ban." At this point, autumn mutes me. Doesn't ask me to stop, just mutes me. After this I continue to do it in chat, and then she gags me. I informed her that I was going to report her, and then she banned me.

Autumn has a long history of threatening people with administrative action for simply "pissing her off" as she puts it. Autumn is very abusive with her powers.

Proof: Most of this happened in chat.

Dievas, you must, absolutely must, post your proof. Screenshots and demos.

Without it, you have absolutely no ground to claim any abuse. Get the evidence and post it, then Zero or Maynard can have something to go on that they can examine for themselves.


Also, try naming the other admins that were present, maybe ask a few of them to post their view of things that happened. That will help you out.


EDIT: Yes. A ban on one IBIS server is as good as a ban from all of them.

The ban was for 30 minutes for 'ignoring admins'. Remember, you have to post that evidence or this thread will get shut down and ignored.

Being the bored person I am, temporarily, I took the liberty of checking out the map in question at the time in question.

The SourceTV demo only provided a small glimpse of events at the time. All I was able to see was your name changes ("autumn im reporting you for abuse"), Tac saying the 3 other admins present supported her, and you getting banned. Zero will have to pull the chat logs, I believe.

For the record, those present were Tac, Dark, Steamer (i thought i saw him lol), and Autumn of course.

The demo in question, since I'm really bored and feeling generous, is attached. Said events occur at the very beginning. I suspect they might have started on the previous map? Don't know.


However, based on what little I was able to get from the SourceTV demo, I don't believe this thread will go anywhere, dievas. Just my guess. Chat logs will, of course, reveal more.

Also the demo does have chat logs you just need to pull them from the demo. You do not see them easily b/c chat is auto spammed with an additional log of users and steam ids every few seconds.

If you go into the console in the demo you can copy and paste and then filter out what you do not want to read thus leaving only chat messages.
