Banning from a net cafe

Can't you ban through steam id? then it wouldn't matter where he connects from.

this...i'm pretty sure the ban is a steamid one by default. you have to force it to be an ip ban.

The ip address on all the accounts is virtually the same minus the last number. This guy is using a steam id hack to change his steam id at will. That or he mass registered a shitload of steam ids. OR it's actually like 3 guys just trolling.

If it was from a cafe it would all be the same steam id.

Umm... he is using multiple steam accounts at the cafe at multiple computers set up with static IP's... hence the different IP's & steam ID's coming in so close. Block the IP block. Or ban each individual one... Nothing more you can do.
