Already preordered this game on Steam. If id fucks this up, I will be outrageously disappointed.

First Impressions of the game.

+ Graphics look well done
+ id Tech 5 has great potential
+ Minimal traveling time
+ Very small loading times
+ Plenty of weapons/ammo types
+ Facial expressions, lip synching in game is superb
+ Quests are mostly kill stuff and not fetch quests
+ Controls make sense and are responsive
+ Racing is fun and not excessively mandatory
+ More than enough id/Bethesda easter eggs/tidbits

- No map, only small mini map
- Too short
- A little too easy even on Nightmare
- Lack of an in depth story though this IS id we are talking about

i personally think its a great game, but i got it for ps3 as i had best buy gift cards to get rid of.

I have been enjoying it, Id makes the guns feel good if that makes sense.
