well I say all this as someone who reads the chat non stop, and pretty much never uses mic... unless he reads at like a 2'nd grade level I don't understand what his issue is....

and yes, making it harder 2 catch admin abusers is counter productive.

maynard, no one can read a sentence in less than a second, while it's moving, especially when it disappears completely during that fraction of a second. reading level has nothing to do with it.
