Because of his actions, he got a permaban. Just like this player.
The Clan decided to let him back in, and I support their decision. I believe he deserves another chance, and everyone has their eyes on him for a return to his old ways. What seperates Hall from this player is that Hall is an active and welcome member of the community, despite some of the stupid things he's done to get that permaban. I'm optimistic that he won't earn another permaban, and I guess we'll see what happens.

Clearly he dosn't seem to have or will change his way with all the Auto-TK bans and admin bans so i agree with the Perma.
