How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Disrespecting Fellow Admin & Disrespect for Other Players

Start the first demo at tic 50,000, and play the 2nd demo from the beginning

I was AFK for a few rounds while I was on the phone, and when I came back Christmas was spamming over the mic with repeating sounds as can be heard on the demo. Cro-Mags asked him to stop via text, and I also asked him twice via admin chat to stop spamming the mic as well, to which he replied at tick 64000 "Disflux, Disflux, 'I'll End You'" (which was the phrase being spammed earlier). So I issued him a 5 minute mute. After that, one of the players made 5 comments along the lines of "You're all niggers!", to which I warned the person to not make further remarks otherwise they would be kicked/banned for racist remarks towards other players. After that Mikey got upset and started commenting that the "old person was here" and how everybody under the age of 18 had to leave because I was there to ruin all the fun.

That's where the 2nd demo starts. Mikey was unaware of Christmas's mute until Christmas brought it up in chat, to which Mikey started saying that "You're fucking Christmas! Make an admin abuse thread". I then said in admin speak that I had muted Christmas for 5 minutes to mic spamming after I gave him 2 warnings, and that's when Mikey blew up and you can hear it all on the 2nd demo shortly in.

In my opinion, it showed complete and utter disrespect for another admin, especially doing so over mic in a public setting.

Oh, and this is the 2nd time this has happened in the past 4 days. Last time I came onto the server and Mikey was on, same thing happened. Christmas was spamming over the mic, other plays and I asked him to stop, and Mikey told me to calm the fuck down.
