It's also worth noting that the Raja guy was perma'd too. 4th ban for him, 2 vote bans for spamming and tk'ing, and a hour ban from cry wolf for tk'ing.

well on that server i have a total of 20 tk's. Out of 2100 kills. kinda whack really.

Further more i only have one tk on piranesi my whole time playing on the ibis server, and i got banned for it....

If you are a regular then you'd know not to TK like a asshole and get an admin if something is going awry.

I was being messaged that you and Raja were tk'ing and seriously disrupting gameplay. I came in and took care of it. If Raja was the instigator then his perma ban should be upheld considering his multiple bans. If you were merely retaliating then I apologize and you should be allowed back in, however, see the first sentence.

I tend to kick ass and take names later.

As far as I'm concerned, a player can find another server to play in if they want to TK and generally disrupt the game play of others.

My limited frag time doesn't allow me to play games with disruptive players when I'm in the Pub. If a player is being overly disruptive then they're dealt with swiftly and they can sort it out on the forums.

Long and short though, especially for something as weak as team killing where he have a console ban and instant retaliation from the victim, perma banning is excessive.
