How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Wassabi was mic spamming, when asked to stop said that he could do whatever he wanted, as he was an admin, and if i wanted him to stop spamming I'd have to get Maynard (who wasn't in the server)to stop . He then continued to run his mouth, with any response coming with a threat of ban, especially after killing him. Wassabi is a joke and must be having menstrual cramps, as his flow is heavy.

The ban was for a week, could someone instruct him on how to change his tampon?

Proof (Proof is NEEDED in order to report abuse, if the abuse contains admin commands and chat only a date and time is needed; however, a screen shot or console copy is helpful): probably close to 5:45, maybe earlier, mic spamming, watch the source.

Nemesis told me repeatedly to stfu and stop mic spamming, so I told him I was testing music on mic and wasn't going to just shut up, so don't disrespect. Obviously just to start a fight, being sarcastic. I told him to chill and stop disrespecting admins, and had to tell him for about 10 minutes, repeatedly. Finally asked him if he wanted to get banned, and he laughed at me saying he'd get my admin taken away. Ever hear of muting in game voice? No one else minded or even said anything. Maybe if everyone was annoyed and wanted me to stop that'd be a different story, but he was probably just pissed b/c his VERY recent ban of the same thing: ignoring/disrespecting admins. Don't have to play here if you don't want to abide simple rules. What about this post? Obviously it shows he has no respect for admins or other players. If he doesn't like something he barks orders then comes out with all this childish stuff.

wassabi was in the wrong by banning him he should of just muted him but if he did ban it was longer than needed but it looks like it was admin disrespect and threatening to get a clan member is basically saying fuck you i will go to a person over you.

Wrong, your statement was you can do whatever you want because you are an admin. it was typed in admin chat, you can check it. Also, you were playing music through your headset, so it was just coming through as white noise.

I'll remember that in my defense when i spam the server with white noise and see how well it works.

Yes, i was banned a few hours before because Wassabi told me i was not allowed to shoot him or his team during WCS, which i asked if he had downs and was banned. I must be pretty easy to lvl when no one can shoot back without being banned.

Yeah, I don't see giving admins orders being something that would make you look too good. I could be a bit off, but that seems to scream "disrespect". Wouldn't it be a bit more in order to just ask: "Hey, would you mind not doing that? It's distracting." And if the answer is "not right now", then you can mute the in game voice, yes? I was there, and Nemesis seemed to want to be short and rude about the way he talked, which was totally his choice. As far as I could tell, Wassabi was telling him to back down. I'd advise anyone to take a cue from that and check yourself. Especially after being warned about being banned from ignoring and disrespecting an admin. My two cents.

It may have been a bit long, but yes he did threaten to go over his head before wassabi even did anything. He was warned first, so there is that. Okay, that's two more cents.

so you're saying that as an admin, you may wipe your ass with the rules, cheat, and then ban anyone who doesn't ask you in the absolute nicest way possible to pretty please shut your fucking mouth? I don't think so. If that is disrespect, then these admins should not be allowed to play in game and must watch from spec, because they have very, very sandy vaginas, which are irritated very easily.

It's starting to get a bit funny that all these admins that buy admin throwing the disrespect crap at people just because they are admins now, quite a few are shitty admins at that and bought just to abuse. But if these paying admins want respect, then they should learn to respect the players on the server and not take advantage of the fact that they are admins. Buying admin is not how you get respect, and admins that fail to realize this don't deserve respect in the first place. Titles are worthless if the person is an asshole. And from personal experience, wasabi is not the greatest admin.

first of all playing songs is something that's never been recommended in this community as it just pisses people off really fast. and when doing it if people start 2 ask you 2 stop, you stop... this is CS, not junior DJ. second, you weren't even using HLS, you were just playing music through your pc speaker and putting your mic 2 it... sounded like shit and was annoying... multiple people asked you many times 2 stop spamming.. you ignored them for some time and eventually got mad and said

asking an admin 2 stop spamming is no way disrespectful.

people are allowed 2 disagree with you. you were asked you like 20 times "stop mic spamming" after a bit it become "fucking stop mic spamming" and got worse as tensions got higher which is totally understandable. you can't mic spam a server, ignore multiple people asking you 2 stop and then think people are going 2 give you respect.... cause clearly them asking nicely got them nowhere...

Nemesis is unbanned and I best not see this behavior again as it's a complete joke. your job as admin is 2 make the server enjoyable for all, not the opposite. you will lose admin if you do not represent the community and our rules properly.
