Maynard, I submitted a reply prior to seeing your post but the thread was closed by then. My ban is up, we can go on with our lives, but I wanted to clarify a couple things.

First, I respect all admins, all the time. However I will call out what I feel are abuses in-game, most of the time when the abuse is aimed at someone else because I have only been banned/kicked a combined three times ever. I feel only once was truly deserved but that's a different story. Point is, my point was not to QQ over Rez, it was to call out what I felt was an abuse using a forum outside of the in-game chat.

My intention was not to 'qq', I wanted a simple, logical explanation, which you provided, but in the absence of one, all I wanted was an unban. I only quoted the rules a second time after Rez outright said "the ban was your warning." I have no explanation as to why his reply disappeared, I can only say I didn't fabricate it.

Being a regular myself, and someone who plays clean, I didn't think a "ban as a warning" was justified given the offense. I can also see abuses easily falling within the guidelines of the rules that you quoted. In the end, it is what it is, and I still appreciate the fact that IBIS has official guidelines and well-moderated games in general.

rezel is not an admin, he is a clan... BIG difference. if he felt that given you first were on our server in 09 and do play on our server regularly was enough reason 2 bypass a warning, that is his call.]
