How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Honestly, I made this account just to let you guys know about this guy and how unpleasant he makes your server. I read your TOS and it doesn't contain much to pin him with, but he's a nightmare and very unpleasant to play with and was generally abusive towards players, especially ones that questioned his use of admin powers (NINJA princess, CuzinHonky, myself). Unfortunately, he only uses his mic, so most all I have is dialogue I wrote down afterwards, plus a traceable admin command:

NINJA princess: "You sprayed me after seeing me and knowing fully that I was a CT..." (something to that extent; in chat)
NOGATA DRUNK: "You're talking to an admin, so you better take your can of coke, sit down and shut the fuck up." (mic)
NINJA princess: "Admin abuse." (or something similar; in chat)
NOGATA DRUNK: "You're right, I'm an admin. So you better watch yourself."

CuzinHonky: *FOLLOWING RANDOM MAP CHANGE* "I didn't see a map vote..." (mic)
NOGATA DRUNK: "I don't need to do a map vote, I'm an admin." (mic)
Space Captainface: "You're being a dick." (mic)
NOGATA DRUNK: "That's because I am a dick!" (mic)

Proof: During following map (I don't know the name of it), "NOGATA DRUNK" booted "CuzinHonky" between 0310 - 0315 EST for no reason and with no warning.
