How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Honestly, I made this account just to let you guys know about this guy and how unpleasant he makes your server. I read your TOS and it doesn't contain much to pin him with, but he's a nightmare and very unpleasant to play with and was generally abusive towards players, especially ones that questioned his use of admin powers (NINJA princess, CuzinHonky, myself). Unfortunately, he only uses his mic, so most all I have is dialogue I wrote down afterwards, plus a traceable admin command:

NOGATA DRUNK: "Now I know you ain't talking to me. You better watch yourself."
NINJA princess: "You sprayed me after seeing me and knowing fully that I was a CT..." (something to that extent; in chat)
NOGATA DRUNK: "You're talking to an admin, so you better take your can of coke, sit down and shut the fuck up." (mic)
NINJA princess: "Admin abuse." (or something similar; in chat)
NOGATA DRUNK: "You're right, I'm an admin. So you better watch yourself."

On gg_007_abbey: --------------
CuzinHonky: *FOLLOWING RANDOM MAP CHANGE* "I didn't see a map vote..." (mic)
NOGATA DRUNK: "I don't need to do a map vote, I'm an admin." (mic)
Space Captainface: "You're being a dick." (mic)
NOGATA DRUNK: "That's because I am a dick!" (mic)

Proof: During following map (I don't know the name of it), "NOGATA DRUNK" booted "CuzinHonky" between 0310 - 0315 EST for no reason and with no warning.

Okay, show me where in the rules that not agreeing to a knife fight is against them?

Also, Space_Cap, admins can change the map whenever they want without a vote. It is their choice. Usually if a vote is a put up an admin is being respectful of what the server population wants, but it is not required.

strictly speaking, the whole "not agreeing/denying" a knife fight has been a grey area for a long time. to me, you either agree or deny it. i have no problem either way. but not doing either is just rude

without a doubt you were being a complete dick, and being an admin, you represent the ibis community. it is a RESPONSIBILITY to be an admin. you represent every one of us involved in the community, especially other admins such as myself and clan members. sure, the rules allow you to be a dick, but that doesn't mean you should be. your job is to create a fun, fair gaming environment, and when you're being a dick you're totally killing that. please keep in mind that you represent all of us with your behavior on the servers, and act accordingly.

On a more serious note than pokemon theme song references, there is a FINE line between discouragement and abuse, we can discourage nade round slays, we cannot slay anyone for doing it, we can discourage ignoring the knife prompt, we cannot take action on it. If two players are left alive and delaying the game, beacon them, don't slay one because one player decided to ignore the prompt. Changing the map is your prerogative, yet players and regulars will love to have the input on what map to change to or whether or not they want the one it's on.


One more thing, I'm not a huge fan of this whole "drunk" thing going on, unless it's anex. I fucking LOVE talking about brews with people and I play after having a few often, yet, I don't advertise it because coming in while shitfaced only leads to bad decisions and loss of respect. How many times have you listened to a drunk slurring their words and bossing you around and reacted well to it?
