I agree this looks extremely like toggles, I also agree there should be more evidence.

Scrutinize everyone. Do you know this guy personally? Do you sit next to him while he is playing to know 100% if he is or is not using anything? Ok then.

While he is a great player while noticing nothing at all fishy, this particular incident still looks like a toggle. Investigation necessary. All parties should understand that, not get asshurt and take sides.

Theres only a few patterns to shoot a gun to make it accurate..
And I have no idea who my buddy is, i go solo.

lmao, the demo shows him getting one good shot, otherwise he is not that good.
the snap headshot at 4500 might seem fishy if youre an idiot, but if you notice after that shot, he does the exact same motion again, the quick snap downward, but there is no enemy there, and all he hits is the corner of the wall. how about getting a longer demo, one shot like that can totally be attributed to luck, considering all the other shots he takes at enemies in the demo, that being the only thing remotely fishy too, its not a hack, its bad judgement on the banning admin. also notice he lags a bit during the demo, dont bother taking that into account. and if you notice the spray he does against the one ct in the hostage room with the projector, he completely misses, but yet he was still aiming above his head like he does for some reason.

not aims. at all. just no. not even close. and if you claim walls you're crazy. i'm disappointed at the number of people, especially upper level admins who see this as hacks. his movements are stiff but do not show any sign of hacks, this can be attributed either to simply odd movement or little glitches in spectating (i've seen plenty) or even just lag. that demo shows no hacks whatsoever and i'm pretty shocked at how small irregularities can be mistaken for hacks.

He's not walling, at least not provable in that demo, he is aim-bot toggling. I am sorry but that shot at tick 4600 is hacks no question. Yes I understand lag what not, he doesn't aim like that at all on the shot that he was toggled off on. The big kicker for me is the fact that after the shot, his cross hair immediately goes right back where it was before the shot. Even the kill at 1500 as scribble pointed out is very questionable, and since we are defending him with lag, I am going to use it against him. I think he's lagging and the aim-bot is still detecting him as alive and that's why he is still head shotting him even dead. Sorry, but if I had a vote on unbanning, I still think he needs to be banned.

On a further note, just because someone has a past of not hacking means jack shit to me. You are judged based on your time on ibis, not based on your past of not hacking. Anyone can pick up a hack program and decide to use it one day.

I generally stay out of WCS matters But i agree with the Farve. Some of the shots are questionable, but I could not say for sure that it is hacks. I downloaded the Source TV demo but havent had achance to watch it. I will attach it and let the WCS'ers make their judgement. Atleast I assume this is the correct demo. I
watched enough to see Panda and Minu were both in the server.

If you watch how he plays, he is mostly aimed higher than the enemies head, so jerking it down like that when you SUDDENLY see an enemy might look questionable, but hardly can be considered a hack without a better demo. GJ, demo fails, the ban fails.

slipstream, guess what. just cuz youre not forum banned doesnt mean you can just come in here and be a complete asshole. just cuz you're a 5'4" 108 pound shrimp in real life doesn't mean you can come on here and try to bully everyone else around.

the higher aiming isn't a hack or anything player-side, it's a visual glitch as i explained before. despite the fact that we agree that he's not hacking (at least in that demo) you're still a complete moron.

i have played with u man and u have done some imposable shots so have a lot of people but the amount of shots u do is to much to not be hacks.
