I advise you, and any admin who reads this, to refresh themselves with regards to permanent bans and what merits them, and what does not (ie: this thread).

I do want to add that if he keeps harassing players his bans will be longer and eventually perma. Players please remember that you can submit demos and ban requests in the user ban thread.
