Reserved Slot [Zero!]

I have had a recurring payment for reserved slot for a few months now and it's been working fine up until tonight. I checked on paypal and I sent in my last payment on October 17 (ID #87N45403LM6194108). I'm not sure why I don't have the status anymore but I'd like the reserved slot back por favor. Thank you!

you sure you didn't just join when the connection slot was full? if it was full server and someone else was already in that slot, it would prevent you from joining till it was free.

No, I'd been in the server for at least two games, was a couple rounds into the third and I was kicked for reserved slot.
