He gave no reason originally, as he forgot to use quotes in the ban command. Going by the mic recording, it seems more like he made up a reason after the fact. His reasoning in the thread is unclear and just plain inaccurate, as evidenced by the demo I posted further down in the thread. Banning me was also excessive considering what other players were doing unpunished.

I saw you and possibly another individual shooting the vending machine under the stage. while this action is not explicitly illegal, you blocked several people from getting under the stage in a timely manner. Like I said before, get over it, before I start making remarks about being a Swede.

it was the reason you were banned. i yelled at chris to do something about it and he did. end of fucking story. what do you want to come out of this? your ban is already over, and chris is a good admin so i doubt he will lose any of his privileges. i guess it's just to make yourself feel better.

as stated in the original unban post, i don't play zmod, but i do have some input here. dismiss it if you will but hear me out.

as wagner says, what satin did was "not explicitly illegal." from what i gather, it was a MISTAKE that caused himself and others to be tagged by zombies. a MISTAKE that cause the round to end sooner than it otherwise would have, and caused the death of other humans. i'd like to try to draw a comparison here to gungame. a few days ago, it was me, a teammate, and a member of the opposite team alive. i and the person on the other team were both on nade, and my teammate was not. i had somewhere around 50 hp, when i ran into my teammate who backknifed me, leaving me with about 5 hp. a few seconds later, i was hit by my opponent's nade, and it barely did enough damage to kill me. now, had my teammate not ACCIDENTALLY knifed me, we woulda been fine, the round would've continued, and i could've won. since he made that mistake, that caused me to die and the round to end. he made a mistake that caused others to die and it impacted the outcome of the game, is this not the same thing that happened in this situation? now in gungame, i'd be called a nutjob for banning my teammate who knifed me for an hour. hell i'd be a nutjob to issue ANY sort of punishment because it was a mistake. in zmod, since it impacted multiple other players, i can understand some frustration. however you could issue a warning, something like "hey, don't do that, it screwed us over." then if he does it again, kick, then AGAIN, ban. don't go straight to an hour ban for something like that...it's silly, especially cuz AS WAGNER STATED, it was not "explicitly against the rules." you can't just go around making up new ban rules, i don't care how much the actions piss you off or what server it's in.

a mistake that i could not possibly have foreseen. you can see in the demo that the box blocking the entrance glitched out after i moved the machine, and nobody had any idea what the fuck happened.

people were sitting way too close to the (front) entrance in just about every round, and it screwed all of us over several times. nobody got banned for it except me.

and my point remains that this was not the reason given for the ban. chris claimed i infected other humans. i did not. even if i had, it would not be enough for a ban.

Satin did not a single thing wrong. he shot a vending machine under the crouch spot, and put it in the back corner 2 cover the hole where the money crate normally goes... wagner the entire time kept yelling "BAN SATIN BAN SATIN!!!!" even though he didn't do a single thing wrong.... later some other guy (forget the name) pulled the money crate on top of the vending machine, wagner went off again "BAN SATIN BAN SATIN" and he was banned.

admins should not act on what people tell them... they must see something before acting on it, or at the very least have the entire server saying they saw something bad go down and follow up via sourceTV....

Wagner issued the only warning he will receive... you've been given a second change I strongly suggest not fucking it up... you directly called him a dumb nigger in game, this is the only pass you're getting. if you screw up again, your ass is gone. we didn't give you another chance in this community 2 cause more shit, if your attitude hasn't changed since when we originally banned you, then you can just move on for good.

Chris, do not ban again without actually know wtf is going on... by listening 2 wagner, you just gave yourself a legit abuse claim against you...

Verbal warning issued 2 chris. Wagner has also been filled in on what's going 2 happen the next time he starts shit in server or decides on breaking the rules.
