What was I banned for this time. Shooting glass? I know I have voices turned down but seriously what reason is it this time.

You weren't banned, you were kicked. That glass on police prison is considered "barricade" as it is one of the defenses keeping zombies out. Cade-breaking isn't the best thing to do when you've got a whole room full of people yelling at you to stop shooting.
