How did he/she abuse (See TOS):after voicing my opinion about another admin from the other night who failed to kick/ban someone who TK'd me 4 times, i got muted for 5 min then insta-banned after that.

guess ya'll have some real upstanding admins rolling round, you dont need to unban me, but you dont it'll just reinforce the fact that admin abuse doesnt get proper attention and ya'll really dont care what they do. enjoy.

From what you've posted, you disrespected an admin, and then were muted and banned for one hour. Why do you feel that this isn't fair? Admin disrespect is against the rules.

Ok, I'm the one "who failed to kick/ban someone who TK'd me 4 times". First, let me say, I watched that demo. You team killed him twice that map... He killed you once. You are right though, I didn't do my job. I should have banned you and not just muted you.

For posterity's sake, I've attached the demo of the "abuse". I joined and he starts going off on me at tick 35000. I muted at 37000, Shady banned at 38000. Also, as Nem mentioned, it was only for an hour, your ban is well up.

Information regarding this abuse: I was on during the time that Squirrley was being tk'd a few nights ago. The admin at the time (i forget who it was, possibly blackmage) was dealing with another TKer that was on my team, and in the process squirley ended up getting killed. I'm about 100% positive that it wasn't 4 times though, since if Squirrley was smart he would've slayed him back. In any case, Squirrley continued to bitch and complain in chat and mic about the tker and that blackmage didn't do anything about it while continuing to reference Blackmage's 'inability' to quickly resolve the issue. Honestly, at that point it was disrespect, and I"m surprised Black didn't give him a short ban or warn him with a kick to cool his jets. I remember Squirrley saying something along the lines of "you better keep me me muted" after being given a 5 minute mute. I even told Squirrley to calm down and drop it, and that Black was busy at the time, and I think his retort was "sticks and stones will break my bones but words will never hurt me", yet he was the one complaining.

In any case, if Squirrley was referring to this incident and still taking bad about Blackmage, then it was complete admin disrespect, and the mute and temp-ban were 100% warranted.
