After watching the video it went down pretty much as claimed. At the begining of the next round Dark left clicks Nem, and gets slayed for it.

Yup, as i said, purposeful team attacking is not allowed and it was dealt with. Multiple warnings had been issued in the past, but since this is an abuse thread and not an unban me thread, I dont have to provide any evidence, however i did anyways, what was provided was from different maps during the same session.

Other admins should keep an eye out on dark there, he has a poor temper.

I did. Dark's claim was that he was he was slayed for no reason, it has been shown that is was slayed for a reason, therefore no abuse occurred.

I agree with the observation, if not the conclusion. the evidence shows what happened and now we can finally get this thread closed.

I think you are misinterpreting rosie's observation. you team attacked me first, with no warning or justifiable reason. and when I responded in kind (to a far less degree) you slayed me. I realize you are in a hurry to close the thread, and perhaps that is because you are, in fact, guilty as claimed. I have a bad temper, yes...I do not deny. I respond to the attitudes given to me. Most of my comments though are confusion and frustration over why I empty clips into people and do no damage. I have been disrespectful to other players, mainly when they are as such to me...though you are the only admin I have disrespected, but that is solely due to your unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards me.

That's cool, you don't need to like me, hell if you got cancer tomorrow I would probably laugh about it. you do have to respect the tag, however, and that's where you went wrong.

You admitted to purposefully team attacking, and you received a punishment, everything else is fluff.

you are wrong. If people were punished every time they accidentally attack someone we'd have empty servers. Hell we have the tk menu for a reason. He committed an action that was intentional and against the rules, and the rules dictate the punishment. also, retaliation to a wrong doesn't make the action right, but that's another issue.
