sounds almost like your mobo's battery ran out, and you lost all your settings (including the boot order)

if the boot order is blank, you're not going to be booting into anything.

also, make sure your HDD and optical drives are still plugged in. no joke, it happened at me job last summer, the computer wouldn't boot and nobody could figure out why, but it was because IRT was in the process of upgrading/swapping components out of it, and had forgotten to plug in the hdd xD
