Technically your not "jumping" shit, your completing an electrical connection, or flipping a switch. Shit should of been named "shorting pin"
A short circuit is allowing an electrical path to travel where it isn't really intended to. Just like in this case.
Zero, my board does not default with one in place either. They are the 2 pin set-ups not 3. Only time ya need a jumper for em is to clear.
Poker, re-installing windows wont fix the bios post problem. If not bad img bins in both chips, it is a piece of hardware. I'm swaying towards RAM.
